This leading global company are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Customer Service team to answer general enquires. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fun team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound customer calls in relation to sales queries, product information and advice
• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining customer database and record correspondence
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks where necessary

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a Customer Service
• Verbal and written English communication skills
• An empathetic approach with experience of communicating with elderly people advantageous
• Knowledge within the disability sector
• A driven and motivated personality and strong team player
• Competent in Microsoft office - Word and Excel
