Kailis Bros now has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the company in the role of Contracts and Logistics Coordinator on a full time basis based in Canning Vale, Western Australia. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day responsibilities in processing orders and providing customer service for all contract and logistics accounts.
Role responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound customer calls, to take and process daily orders for contracts
- Managing customer service for assigned account
- Managing out of stock items and offering alternate lines where required to fulfil orders for customers
- Calculate pricing, and making decisions on items, pricing and new lines
- Managing credits and following up any queries for assigned accounts
- Maintain price files and order forms for assigned accounts
- Ad hoc sales support activities as required
Key Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in data entry
- Experience taking orders and working in an FMCG company desirable
- Good excel knowledge – intermediate level upwards would be a distinct advantage
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Demonstrated experience and aptitude for effectively dealing with customers in a pleasant and professional manner, including dealing with objections and complaints
- Excellent phone manner
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and ability to self-audit
