Successful organisation located in the Norwest Business Park now needs to appoint a high performing Internal Sales/Customer Service professional to join a busy and productive team.

You will be the first point of contact for customers with enquiries regarding product information, warranties, deliveries and following up on the status of orders. 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Actioning incoming customer calls and requests
• Provide product information to customers
• Follow up on urgent orders
• Chasing up lost in transit orders or damaged products and returns
• Dealing with warranty and credit issues
• Building relationships with customers
• Handling and resolving technical enquiries
• Cross selling and up selling and offering promotional items
• Provide support to the sales team and providing information on pricing and product availability
• Prepare quotations
• Outbound calls
• Preparing weekly reports
• Generate purchase orders
• Coordinating with freight forwarders

To be considered for this opportunity, the following skills and attributes are essential: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least three years’ experience in a Sales and Customer Service based role
• Ability to work to strict deadlines with minimal supervision
• Problem solving skills
• Team player
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable
