Seeking an Customer Service Professional with an education/Student advisory background
Your new company
We are looking for a customer service focused individual to assist academics this enrolment period. We are seeking a reliable, friendly individual to join their well-established education provider. You will be the academic’s first point or resolutions in a call centre environment. You will be working in a lively upbeat social environment. However, we need hard working reliable individuals.
Your new role
My client is seeking contact centre and customer service professional to join their CBD Office. Day to day, you will be dealing with a wide range of Professionals and academics trouble shooting issues, payment processing, and consulting to name a few. You will need to be consultative and informed in your approach and also have the ability to navigate your way through mutilate systems.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Call centre experience - inbound or outbound
Student advisory or education exposure
- MUST have relevant and recent inbound call experience
- Strong verbal communication
- Be helpful and patient
- Sales experience is preferred
- Tech savvy
- Ability to work in a team under supervisor
