• Customer Service Inbound, 12 month contract
• North Ryde location
• $28 + super

Join one of the top and well known Motor Vehicle organisations within the Financial Services team for a 12 month contract which has the opportunity to go permanent. Become apart of this expanding organisation while using your skills and knowledge in customer service.

This unique opportunity has become available to work within a team environment to support customers with enquiries with being the first point of contact in regards to car loans, vehicle insurance, roadside assistance and warranty insurance.

Your new role:

• Provide information to customers for insurance, warranty, loans, roadside assist and refinancing
• Provide call resolution and to make a positive difference for our customers
• Ensure that a high level of product, process and systems knowledge is maintained at all times
• Build rapport with customers and help continue their reputation for excellent service
• Identifying which products and services best align with the customer cross-sell accordingly

Your skills and experience:

• Experience in customer service call centre or customer service
• Prior experience within a financial area
• Experience with cross selling products
• Clear communications when dealing with customers
• Experience with high volume calls
