This global business in Chatswood is looking for an experienced customer service professional to work in a busy and dynamic team fielding calls and answering email and online HR enquiries from employees based across Australia and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field a high volume of general HR enquiries such as super, salary sacrifice, annual leave, terminations, processing offer letters and background checks from staff around Australia and Asia via the phone, email and online portal
• Provide timely assistance to staff by answering questions from all areas of HR including updating and amending records, resolving queries, troubleshoot issues and/or escalating matters to other departments internally
• Log comprehensive notes on the internal system (Workday)
• Perform other administration and transaction activities and provide HR support across the wider team

Key Requirements:

• Previous customer service or call centre experience having ideally worked in a high volume, fast paced environment
• A passion for HR with previous experience or qualifications advantageous
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with high initiative and the ability to solve problems
• Excellent attention to detail and follow up
• Sound administration skills along with the ability to work well under pressure
• A motivated, proactive and positive team based approach
• Previous experience in a shared services environment and/or strong interest in HR will be highly regarded
