About the opportunity
Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience within the medical device industry to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.
Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Accurate, High Volume order processing of customer orders SAP;
- Managing and resolving customer complaints, escalating when necessary;
- Management of email orders and inbox;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure order processes have been followed;
- Handle any customer issues or complaints that may arise;
- Additional ad-hoc duties as required by your manager.
Skills and Experience
- Accuracy, speed and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using SAP
- Problem solving abilities
- Excellent relationship building skills
- A Self-motivated and driven attitude
