We are looking for a motivated Customer Sales Professional to join a small friendly team in a dynamic and growing I.T company.

This role would suit a self-starter who is driven, ambitious and keen to progress their career. You must also be computer savvy with a willingness to learn. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Interact with contractors through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.

  • Initiates the relationship with new Suppliers
  • Explains and “sells” the benefits to the Supplier of subscribing to the IT Risk Management Service
  • Obtains the Subscription fee payment from the Supplier
  • Explains to the Supplier the role of the Supplier Support team, including the Supplier Support Manager, Account Manager and the Data Manager
  • Obtains from Supplier the necessary Consent Form and any payment deficiency
  • Conducts annual review and surveys with Supplier
  • Collects annual Subscription Fee payment from renewing Suppliers
  • Conduct selling efforts to help the team as needed.
  • Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company. Serve with other departmental management to facilitate relationships among members of these various departments and locations in order to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments including Operations, Accounting, Product Development and Professional Services to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
  • Facilitate programs to gather requirements and features from customers and their communities to augment sales, marketing, development, support, product management, and business and technology partnerships, and others as needed.
  • Identify revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal and sales practices.
  • Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned team.
  • Participate in client interactions to ensure cross training, customer satisfaction and management involvement regularly.
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.

Education and Experience

  • A background in compliance related customer service
  • High school diploma with a year or more of college education in business fields preferable.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to understand and communicate the benefits of the IT Service to both Clients and Suppliers
  • Ability to understand and communicate operations’ policies and procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to speak clearly and rationally with dissatisfied customers
  • Strong people skills required
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products.
