I am currently on the hunt for a customer service superstar, who has experience working in a busy call centre, to be part of a vibrant, hard working team based in Mascot, working for a global technology company.

We are looking for someone to start at the beginning on August, initially for 6-12 months, with the potential to become a permanent employee down the track.

Main responsibilities:
  • Taking incoming calls and dealing with customer queries over the phone
  • Responding to emails and making outbound calls as required
  • Processing orders and entering them in to the system
  • Building a rapport with customers
  • Delivering a quality service at all times
  • Keeping up with a high volume, fast paced environment (circa in excess of 50 calls/day)
To be considered you will possess:
  • Previous experience of working in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for providing high quality customer service
  • Experience with dealing with a high volume of calls
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft office capabilities (knowledge of Oracle/SAP would be advantageous)
  • A strong work ethic
  • Very high attention to detail 
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
  • Be proactive and highly organised
  • Be well presented
  • A background/degree in the Electrical space would be advantageous, although not essential
