One of Australia's leading distributors of office products is currently seeking a bright and dedicated person to join the team as a full time Customer Service Supervisor at our head office in Prestons (near Liverpool).
As Customer Service Supervisor, you will ensure all reporting staff follow correct procedures to ensure excellent service and support to both our sales team and customer base.
You will oversee and be involved in handling customer orders, returns and queries, making sure they are dealt with in an efficient manner.
You will liaise with our warehouse staff and transport companies to ensure that delivery times of our products are met.
The role is comprised of a variety of tasks, including:
- EDI order processing
- Data Entry
- Management of the Customer Service team - consisting of 3 staff.
To be successful you will need:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Operating knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel etc)
- Experience in EDI processing
- Ability to meet targets
- Attention to detail
- Flexible approach and 'can-do' attitude
Own transport is required and on-site parking is available.
