CALL CENTRE SALES

  • Casual call centre sales role; 20-25 hours / week minimum

Tynte Flowers is a leader and innovator in the floristry and retail industry.  We are on the search for exceptional sales professionals to work their magic in our Call Centre, and who are keen and ready to assist us in taking our sales to the next level.

Reporting to the Call Centre Supervisor, you will hold key responsibility of providing excellent, personalised customer service. Furthermore, you will help drive efficiency and effectiveness through the end-to-end sales process.

About You

You will be highly energetic and love working in a team, as well as be committed to building and fostering customer relationships, achieving individual and team targets and possess strong problem solving abilities to ensure every customer experience is exceptional. Your ability to drive sales and promote our brand and our products is also essential.

A minimum of 5 years’ call centre experience in a sales driven environment along with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. Furthermore, your proven experience in delivering on sales & KPI targets and providing perfect telephone service is a must. Previous experience in retail management and in the floristry industry would be highly regarded, although not essential.

Flexible hours are on offer over a Monday-Saturday roster, and your availability at peak times is essential.
