Our client a leading provider of call centre solutions for various businesses is seeking experienced inbound customer service agent to support one of their major clients managing service bookings.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for the customer and dealer outside of the automated phone system and will be responsible for responding to all inbound calls, web enquiries, email etc. You will also raise new customer customer cases and will be required at times to assist with the outbound program.
In order to apply for this position you will need to demonstrate a background in customer service where you have a strong understanding of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems along with an exceptional understanding of Customer Service Ethics. You will need sound reporting and data analysis as well as good working knowledge of best business practices.
In addition you will have the ability to multi task, proficiency in MSOffice particularly high in Excel and any experience with SAP will be highly regarded. You will also have strong spelling & grammar, have the capacity to work within strict rules, regulations and conditions as well as punctuality with roster start times.
