The Customer Service Officer role will allow you to feel challenged and it is recognised that this is an entry level role that presents a real career opportunity. The training you will initially receive in Coates Hire will equip you to excel in the centre in the future.
IN THIS ROLE YOUR KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Manage telephone sales and inquiries
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Creation of hire agreements
- Receive and process customer orders
- Answer emails and web enquiries regarding requests, billing inquiries, and escalations
- Possess safety first attitude onsite at all times
- Assisting the branches manage assets and allocate equipment
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:
- Exceptional customer service & sales skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Negotiation and problem solving skills
