Due to continued growth, Datacom are seeking the expertise of an experienced Contact Centre Operations Manager to lead, direct and support our existing team. 

About the Role:
  • Providing leadership, direction and support to the contact centre team
  • Providing supervision and leadership to phone agencts and Team Leaders
  • Ensuring Service Levels are achieved
  • Building and maintaining Client engagement, ensuring an efficient business to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Leading and motivating the team, enabling them to perform to their best of their ability
  • Ensuring processes and procedures are in compliance with industry best practice standards 
  • Ensure KPIs relating to financial performance are achieved.
About You:
  • Experienced in managing Contact Centre teams
  • You will an expert in Contact Centre systems and telephony
  • You are continuously seeking to improve knowledge of future/possible technical issues which may impact business operations and / or the client/agency
  • Previous client and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience coaching and mentoring of staff
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and numerical skills (complex calculations, data analysis and reconciliation, numerical and verbal logical reasoning)
  • Change Management experience
  • Experience in people management, individual and team goal setting.
Due to the nature of this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and able to pass a criminal history check.
