We are seeking well-presented, mature-minded, friendly staff to work at the Customer Service Desk at Canberra Centre.
This position includes:
- Providing directions and information about the centre and retailers to customers
- Selling gift cards
- Hiring mobility aids
- Following policies and procedures
- Making customer service announcements as required.
The ideal candidate will:
- have excellent availability (ie be available to work 7 days a week, in particular Monday to Wednesday, including late night trading & weekends)
- be friendly, co-operative and professional
- be a team player
- have excellent communication skills and
- have a high level of presentation at all times
- be computer literate and have a smart phone.
