2 x customer service officers required in Moorebank to commence ASAP for 6-12 months +++

Your new company
This is a global organisation that manufacture and distribute their award winning products. Due to expansion they are seeking 2 x experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their team in the Liverpool region. These roles are temporary for 6-12 months with a high chance of extension for the right candidate.


Your new role
You will be part of a strong team answering inbound enquiries via phone, email, websites and live chat. These enquiries will be mainly with existing clients regarding orders, deliveries, escalations, products and services. You will consult with the customer and ensure they are guided by your product knowledge. You will also provide low level technical support. You will assist with and debits, credits and returns as well as ad hoc administration.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need at least 2 years direct experience in a contact centre environment ideally within manufacturing. You will ideally have extensive knowledge of SAP and CRM tools, using multiple systems and working in a high volume environment. You will need clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal.


What you'll get in return
This is a rare opportunity to join a progressive and well established company. The role is paying $28/hr plus super and hours are 8:30am-5pm. There is onsite parking and you'll be guided by an exceptional Customer Service Manager. This role is temporary for 6-12 months with a high chance of extension.
