We are looking for a talented Customer Service Trainer to join our Customer Service team based in Sydney adjacent to the iconic Darling Harbour.

The Trainer is responsible for preparing material and curriculums and conducting new hire and upskill training within a Customer Service Centre. This role supervises new agents during multi-week training events, providing upskilling training sessions to existing staff as business needs require, and maintaining a knowledgebase of clear work instructions to assist staff in their daily roles. The end result develops talent that embodies our company values and achieves customer experience targets within the Customer Service Centre.

As our preferred candidate, you will have:

  • Cert IV Training
  • High customer-centric mentality
  • Ability to generate rapport with a wide audience of people and cultures
  • Flexible, adaptable and embraces change
  • Navigate ambiguity
  • Lead productive meetings
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite products
  • Knowledge in training development and delivery
  • 3+ years of related professional experience in content development.
