Your new company
A state Government Agency with a specific focus on customer service. Based in Burwood, they require the successful candidate to be flexible with their hours and have experience in a customer related role.
Your new role
You will work within fast paced, high volume branches and be a valued member of the licence testing team. Their aim is to provide an exceptional customer service experience ensuring that the customer needs are met to the highest possible standards. You must be flexible to work on a rotational roster of a minimum of 4 hours a day up to 5 days a week.
What you'll need to succeed
As a licence testing officer, this involves you being out on the road with learner drivers, observing and assessing them on predetermined test routes in order for them to obtain their licence
You will enjoy working in a busy environment and encountering new challenges every day. You must enjoy working in close proximity to other individuals. In addition, you must possess a full clean driver’s licence, be eligible to conduct a police check and possess full working rights.
