Due to continued growth, our client is seeking to engage a number of customer services professionals within their fun, energetic and diverse operational services team. This is a motivated and high performing team working for an industry leader that has a holistic approach to providing excellence of service to their customers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Inbound and outbound customer service phone calls.
  • Processing of files 
  • Manage and respond to a high volume of emails.
  • Processing refunds.
  • Booking and Enquiry Support (Contact Centre support).
  • All mail sorting, filing, scanning and distribution.
  • Ad hoc administration tasks.
Your background:

You will be a leader in providing quality administration and customer service via phone, who is inspired and driven by the opportunity to work with a global leader in  that is on the path towards exciting transformation and growth. Possessing eagle eye attention to detail, you will be comfortable with repetition and process driven. You will have:
  • High volume processing and administration experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Contact Centre Customer Service experience (highly regarded).
  • Ability to multi task and strong time management skills.
  • Proven problem solving and decision making ability.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed turnaround times (SLA's/ KPI's).
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Above all, a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
