We currently have clients in Brookvale and Belrose located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney who require talented & proactive Customer Service Coordinators and Administrators to join their high performing friendly teams.
These are Customer Service Administration roles – they are NOT in Call-Centres and not on an inbound phone line. Both clients have small teams of under five staff and you will be dealing with a designated customer group (by product or location). You will be able to build and maintain relationships with return customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurate order processing
- CRM experience – update price lists and produce quotes
- Processing of field service time sheets
- Create purchase orders
- Travel and meeting arrangements
- Running reports
- Some liaison with warehouse and transport providers
To be successful you need:
- A proactive can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Self motivated
- Team player
It is preferred you have a proven track record working in an office based customer service role coupled with good computer skills.

Hours 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
