The role:
This is an exciting role to join a fun and supportive team of like-minded people and the perfect opportunity for you to extend your customer service skills and experience. As part of the Customer Support team, your role will be to handle inbound calls and emails from customers and Kincare field staff, ensuring that their questions are answered and their issues resolved efficiently and effectively.
We have multiple permanent roles available with the following Shift patterns:
- Monday to Friday 10am to 6.30pm
- Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm
- Monday to Friday 6am to 10am
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Resolving queries and general support
- Answering 40-45 calls/day professionally and positively
- Focus on the customer to understand their needs and effectively problem solve
- Entering and maintaining accurate data records on the system
- Actively work to understand our business functions, systems and products so you can provide a one-stop shop for inbound calls
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
- A can-do positive attitude with an empathetic nature
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
