As an Inside Sales Business Development person, you will have the luxury of handling both inbound and outbound calls. With a robust existing client base to start from, you can build a strong pipeline of business and reap the rewards for your efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls with both new and existing clients to create sales opportunities
  • Managing your own pipeline to deliver quarterly targets
  • Increasing the annual spend of clients
  • Development of new business and resurrection of aged clients
  • Maintaining quality information in the CRM

Key Experience

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in a targeted environment
  • Computer literate with a high attention to detail
  • Previous CRM experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills are a must. Both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Based in great offices in Sydney CBD, you will receive base/super and exciting commission plan.
