Each Westfield Shopping Centre, owned and operated by the Scentre Group is the retail, social and cultural hub at the heart of the communities we serve.

The National Parking Team is responsible for steering and optimising the performance of Scentre Group's Controlled Parking sites (currently 21 Centres across 4 States and 1 Territory).  The National Operations Centre (NOC) is a centralised support function for our parking environments assisting Customers by way of inbound customer service functions.

Your Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, your role is to provide a positive, pleasant and memorable experience to our customers via the various means and support systems made available to you.

In your role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving queries around account transactions, invoices, systems queries, new accounts and general support
  • Answering 80-100 calls/day professionally and positively
  • Focusing on the customer to understand their needs and pain point to effectively problem solve
  • Entering and maintaining accurate data records on the system

We have two full-time positions available in the team. Each role will work a permanent weekly roster of 40 hours a week, and there are two options available:

  • Option 1: Sunday to Thursday, 36 hours with shifts starting and finishing between 11:00am and 10:30pm
  • Option 2: Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours with shifts starting and finishing between 16.30pm and Midnight
