Suburban Taxis has been proudly serving Adelaide and South Australia since 1946, providing a wide range of services and products to suit every traveller.
We are seeking to recruit 2 x Contact Centre Customer Service Officers for our 24/7 contact centre at Kilburn.

Applicants must possess a high level of confidence and tolerance, and possess excellent listening and verbal communication skills. You will be required to provide outstanding customer service in a professional and courteous manner, whilst maintaining company and quality standards.

The role:
The successful applicants are required to engage with the public, government departments, and corporate sector to facilitate taxi bookings and customer enquiries within the 24 hour inbound call centre. Further responsibilities include:
•    Dispute resolution and customer complaint handling
•    Input data in to a local CRM
•    Radio communications
•    Staff supervision
•    Provide advice and assistance to customers and agencies

Additional Contact Centre tasks outside of the taxi industry may be incorporated into this role.

Requirements:
You must be able to work in a team environment and be able to multi-task. Sound computing skills are essential and should complement a minimum typing speed of 35wpm. 
It is preferred applicants should have completed Certificate 3 in Customer Contact  BSB30211 or Certificate 3 in Customer Engagement BSB30215.
Previous experience in a transport role or contact centre would be advantageous to your application.


On offer will be a Casual contract with wages and hours increasing on advancement, initially starting at approximately 15-22.5 hrs per week paid under the relevant award, including penalty rates. Applicants must be prepared to work all hours, 7 days a week including public holidays, therefore own transport is preferred.  Paid training is undertaken during normal business hours.
