TLC Marketing Worldwide is a global marketing agency. We work with the world’s biggest brands, on multiple projects and we are the best at what we do. We work hard, we win deals and we have fun whilst we do it.

To make sure we have a constant flow of partners for our award winning campaigns our Partnership and Content team are busy at work acquiring and retaining core independent networks in our business. We are currently on the lookout for a super star to lead the team.

Here’s what you’ll do;

Lead the charge – Manage a small team of agents whose focus is to source, recruit and retain a network of partners to fulfil client campaign briefs. Use your excellent communication skills to be the link between the P&C team and the client Services team.  

Have your finger on the pulse - Participate in tracking trends, stay up to date on what consumers love and drive innovation in the partners that we on-board

Deliver in spades – You make sure you and your team are hitting your KPIs and identify any problems early. Thanks to you, your team know exactly what is expected of them and deliver client campaigns and targets on time.

Acquire new partners - Actively source and recruit new partners through a variety of tools including cold calling. They say the fortune is in the follow and you’re not one to let anything slip through the gaps. You truly lead by example.

Divide and conquer – You direct your team members, divide of the workloads and ensure your team is working as efficiently as possible. You naturally Inspire, Motivate your team and foster a collaborative high performing team culture.

Watch the financials – Asses the resource requirements for each campaign and monitor closely with each team member to ensure we are delivering the most effective manner. You keep your finger on the pulse and abreast of back end costs and any reporting requirements

A bit about you……

Recent experience as a team leader in a sales environment with a proven track record of delivering campaigns. You’re used to picking up the phone and doing what it takes to get the deals done. You thrive under pressure and tight deadlines and remain highly motivated enthusiastic and positive.
