About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience to our existing clients across Australia & New Zealand. The team work on a rotating roster that covers New Zealand all the way over to Perth 6 days a week.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Contribute towards a high performance customer service team and achieving KPIs
- Responding to customer enquiries during the lifecycle of their vehicle loan
- Maintaining and updating our customer database as required
About You
The ideal candidate will be customer focused with a drive and determination to succeed as well as an effective team player. Experience in working within a call centre is essential as is the ability create a 'best in class' customer experience for our customers along with good time management and planning skills along with proactive and forward thinking is essential as is the ability to work in a telephone-based customer service role. Whilst experience in the Automotive industry is not essential, it will be well regarded.
