Our client located in the Dandenong area is offering the opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team whose job is to deal with the client’s customers in a professional and friendly way, resolving customer’s queries within well-established departmental guidelines. (Training will be provided )
Customer contact will be either via Telephone, email/web contact or letter.

Primary Objectives

To professionally represent the company whilst ensuring customer service standards are achieved in accordance with policies and procedures.
To facilitate the provision of customer information while building links across the organisation to promote a culture of service excellence.

Key Opportunities

• Responsible for accepting, following up and resolving customer requests, enquiries and feedback
• End to end administration of all customer contacts
• Accountable for documentation of all correspondence
• Accountable for the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of all own work practices including quality of request/case data and entries
• To adhere to coaching plan and proactively manage own development including involvement in the performance appraisal process.
• Responsible for contributing to the achievement of individual and department KPI’s

Some exposure to the Motor Vehicle Industry would be an advantage.
