Penfold Mazda is part of the highly-regarded Penfold Motors group.
The Service Department is seeking a Service Advisor Trainee to join the front line.
The successful candidate will be given training in all aspects of this vital front-line customer service role. The on-the job training will be supplemented by internal coaching and mentoring.
The responsibilities of Service Advisor Trainee include:
- Answering telephone and personal enquires
- Greeting customers
- Recording appointments on the dealer management system
- Completion of repair orders
- Interpretation of warranty information
- Customer follow-up
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Problem resolution
A background in reception, retail, customer service and/or hospitality would be very well regarded.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- willingness to be a positive contributor to the team;
- accuracy and attention to detail.
Monday to Friday
7.30am-5.30pm (incorporates standard OT)
Driver's Licence essential
