Penfold Mazda is part of the highly-regarded Penfold Motors group.

The Service Department is seeking a Service Advisor Trainee to join the front line.

The successful candidate will be given training in all aspects of this vital front-line customer service role. The on-the job training will be supplemented by internal coaching and mentoring.

The responsibilities of  Service Advisor Trainee include:

  • Answering telephone and personal enquires
  • Greeting customers
  • Recording appointments on the dealer management system
  • Completion of repair orders
  • Interpretation of warranty information
  • Customer follow-up
  • Invoicing and payment processing
  • Problem resolution

A background in reception, retail, customer service and/or hospitality would be very well regarded.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • superior customer-service focus;
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • willingness to be a positive contributor to the team;
  • accuracy and attention to detail.

 

Monday to Friday

7.30am-5.30pm (incorporates standard OT)

Driver's Licence essential
