To support their growth, they need a Customer Service Consultant with strong sales skills to work in our centrally located Sydney office.

What you will do:

  • We expect that you are passionate about Sales and Customer Service.
  • You will work relentlessly to find and sell the best insurance products to meet customer needs;
  • Resolving customer questions and queries in a solution based way;
  • Deliver the best possible experience to the customer while being a great sales person;
  • Committed to exceeding sales target and helping grow the business;
  • Help the company innovate and deliver superior customer service;
  • Communicate with customers through different channels [web chat, email, phone];
  • Provide support to the marketing team in delivering customer centric content and assistance with marketing initiatives.
  • Most importantly, they need you to be passionate about service and customers and to show their customers how they can best deliver value to them, drive sales and ultimately make sure that their expectations are exceeded.

Key requirements:

  • 1 to 2+ years of working experience;
  • At least one year specifically in a sales role;
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Able to be an excellent communicator - a person with fantastic telephonic skills who can clearly express the benefits of our products;
  • Motivated by targets, sales performance and delighting customers;
  • Being a good team player - proactive, with a systematic approach to work and ability to manage time effectively.
  • We need you to drive for results and continually improve on your sales performance;
  • Finally, we care about our customers and our colleagues and we want you to do the same.
