Datacom Connect are currently seeking passionate people for our brand new Contact Centre in North Ryde. All roles are 100% Customer Service and phone based providing you with new and valuable skills which can give you a stepping stone to a great career.

 We are looking for individuals who have;  

• An excellent customer service focus. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Impressive listening skills that identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to customer enquiries.
• Intermediate computer skills and typing 35wpm.
• Be available to work Full Time Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.
• Australian Citizenship required 

Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm.
