Your new role
This role will ask that you bring your energy and communication skills to the forefront. You will be;

  • Answering a high volume amount of calls
  • Utilising tools and resources to effectively resolve issues
  • Consulting and recommending suitable options to customers
  • Working across multiple applications including MS Office Word and Excel
  • Taking accountability for your performance KPIs
  • Handling conflict and effectively problem solving in a timely manner

Overall this is a customer focused role which will entail patience, commitment and drive to supply the customer with a resolution suitable for the company and the customer


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, customer service experience either face to face or via phone is essential. You will have the ability to;

  • Work in a busy KPI driven environment
  • Handle difficult situations
  • Be flexible and be willing to learn
  • Learn and navigate more than one CRM system
  • Manage your workload effectively
  • Take instructions and lead by example where possible
  • Communicate in a professional manner at all times
