Melbourne Facilities Management (MFM), a division of Enzel Pty Ltd, provides specialised services such as professional business outsourcing services and building/ facilities management solutions to a range of commercial sector clientele in and around Melbourne.

 

We are seeking a polished Concierge with a “can-do” attitude to provide professional reception and enquiry services for tenants, owners, clients, visitors and contractors.  Reporting to the General Manager key responsibilities include:

 

  • Acting as the first point of liaison with client, visitors, contractors and providing a warm & welcoming environment.
  • Providing building management support including responding to tenants & visitor queries & requests.
  • Identifying, reporting and rectifying any issues or concerns including troubleshooting issues via the direction of the FC/ MFM wider team.
  • Arranging move in-and outs.
  • Ensuring the high standard of presentation and cleanliness of the building is maintained.
  • Manage the coordination of mail delivery for all stakeholders within the building.
  • Systems & database management and general ad hoc duties.

 

The ideal candidate must possess:

 

  • Previous experience within a concierge/ hospitality/ customer service position.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills including exceptional client interface capabilities;
  • Energetic and highly motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to undertake tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong administration skills and efficient IT capabilities;
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills with a sound eye-for-detail;
  • Professional, outgoing, friendly and confident demeanour.
