Your opportunity:

This full time position is based in our Hallam office.  In the role of Support Centre Consultant you will provide customer service and support to all offices nationally.

What you can expect:

  • Acceptance and placements of telephone calls, emails and electronic notifications.
  • Acceptance of all incoming calls and transfer to relevant departments nationally.
  • Logging Work Orders
  • Acquisition of customer complaints.
  • Ensure the implementations of customer complaints.
  • Ensure communication between Service, Sales and Technical Support.
  • Administrative support of the Management Team in reporting on individual work area

What we expect:

  • Experience in office administration
  • A polite and professional phone manner
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS office
  • Ability to use our service database (service max) or similar CRM program
  • Attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude and a desire to provide excellent customer service
  • A desire to work as an integral part of a small team
