Innovation and cutting edge technology are leading drivers of our growth. Due to expansion, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced customer service operator within our Sydney office (Frenchs Forest).
The successful candidate will play a key role in the responding to incoming sales enquiries and processing customer orders and quotes.
To be considered for this role applicants will ideally have
- Minimum two years of experience within a customer service department
- Possess a clear understanding of commercial awareness
- A self-starter with attention to detail
- Efficient communication skills
- Accurate order entry skills
- Professional phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Major national and international company with impressive growth record and future plans.
Immediate start preferred but not essential.
