Here is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a large organisation in After-Sales Customer Support with a major manufacturer in the building and construction industry in their rapidly growing Solar Energy division!  You will be responsible for providing after sales support to customers for their Solar Energy products.
You must be a highly organized, professional and confident person, with the ability to handle enquiries about the Planning and Scheduling of solar panel installations.  This is a company which is a leader in its field and really values the input of its people and as part of a major group offers excellent future opportunities.  You will be a professional, diligent and dedicated self-starter with the ability to work within their frame-work with a high level of autonomy.  Full product training will be given.
 
You will be responsible for providing after sales support to customers for their Energy products.
Based at Seven Hills in Western/Norwest Sydney this role is available for immediate start.  This is a fast paced environment and so you will need to be able to multi task and prioritise your daily duties to ensure both internal and external customers’ requirements are met.  You do not need to be a technical expert, just a very good customer service person!  However, it would help if you are comfortable in dealing with enquiries about technical issues and can follow these up with the sales engineers.
Full product training will be given.  Your duties will include:
  • First point of contact for After Sales Support to Customers
  • Troubleshoot enquiries via Inbound calls and use of Web Portal
  • Identify faults and provide solutions where possible
  • Escalate technical enquiries to Engineering and technical team
  • Activate warranty processes
  • Coordinate on site installations and repairs with the installation team
  • Contribute to minimising customer system downtimes and maximising the customer experience
  • Identify fault trends and potential future exposures
  • Track and report aftersales KPI’s
We would be interested in applications and enquiries from candidates with the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in Technical Customer Support, eg in a similar type of environment for example electronics, telecommunications, energy, solar, installations or similar
  • Experience of entering data into Excel, Myflo or similar software would be useful
  • Some experience of using a web portal could be useful
  • You will be a professional, diligent and dedicated self-starter with the ability to work within their frame-work with a high level of autonomy
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Keyboard speed (intermediate) and accuracy (high)
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to talk to a diverse range of customers
