We have an Amazing opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager. The Client is a leading Business Strategist specializing in coaching, training and supporting small to medium businesses in growing their business. They are based in beautiful offices in Pyrmont where you have access to an onsite gym, a meditation room and all your meals catered for – your own personal development opportunities will be endless.

This is a diverse role where you will be building and managing client relationships by ensuring outstanding customer experience to the clients. It will involve elements of customer service, sales and events administration. We are seeking someone who is a go getter, high on initiative with superior organisation skills and understands about delivering the WOW factor!

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to –

  • Responding to inbound telephone and email queries from customers relating to events, product enquiries, membership site access and other queries
  • Identify queries that could be a potential sale and pass to Sales Team
  • Pass on feedback from customers to leadership team
  • Managing and assisting with Key Note / Speaker enquiries
  • Create EchoSign documents, handling transfers, cancellations and event queries
  • Appointment Setting and Booking
  • Liaising with participants to welcome them after purchasing an event ticket and answer any queries before the event
  • Processing sales from Sales team by email
  • Ad-hoc events support with uploading event registration lists to Infusionsoft, tagging, handling any customer service issues.

What you must have:

  • At least 2-3 previous experience in a highly busy customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients
  • Be tech savvy and have advanced MS Office/ Google suite Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
  • Work to strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Be solutions focused, proactive and a high performer
