An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced back office professional in the finance services industry for a 5 week Temp Assignment.

Based in a convenient and thriving part of the city that is close to public transport and shops, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional with strong attention to detail to deliver administration services to our clients. In this role, you will be joining an existing team of high performing professionals in the Sydney CBD, working for one of Australia's most prestigious and leading financial services company.

  • Processing and authorizing of applications ,change requests from clients and advisers, payment processing and asset transfer requests
  • Working collaboratively with peers to ensure work is processed accurately and SLA is maintained, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of requests to solve issues and meet client needs
  • Participating in regular team meetings to provide feedback around process improvement and increasing the service offering to clients.

     

    Selection Criteria:

  • General understanding of business acumen and finance service industry
  • Strong communication across all levels of the business
  • The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal clients
  • An eye for detail.
