About the Role

We are currently seeking a result driven and ambitious Service Sales Person to join our Newcastle Service Department. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the Company.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service with a can-do attitude.
  • Generate new service business for the Branch through the various sales channels and leads made available to you.
  • Ensure all customer orders are effectively communicated with the relevant internal customers ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Attend to customer enquiries and concerns in a timely manner and facilitate satisfactory resolutions.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete service quotes and follow through to completion.
     

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in a customer facing service sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding set targets
  • High energy and motivated to succeed
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and managers
  • Strong time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
