Insight Mercantile Pty Ltd was established in 1994 and is a quality endorsed debt collection company that provides professional debt collection and field services to a wide variety of clients from the finance to government.

We currently have a full time position available within our Melbourne office for immediate start as an Account Manager within our Field Services Team.

Key duties will include:

• Day to day liaison with our clients.
• Managing a pool of field suppliers to ensure compliance and service requirements are being achieved.
• Issuing instructions to field suppliers.
• Generating supporting documentation to fulfil the services required.
• Meeting benchmark KPI'S.
• Invoicing of accounts.
• Making, monitoring and managing payment arrangements.
• Identifying hardship and deploying the process.
• Perform skip tracing duties.

• Experience and/or qualifications in any of the below areas would be highly desirable:   

• Tertiary qualification (desirable)
  in a finance or business related discipline - preferred.
• Previous experience in a recoveries, mercantile agents or collections position.
• Previous customer service experience.

• Must have:

• Attention to detail.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Strong written skills.
• Ability to make decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• A national police check or prepared to undertake.
