Equity Story is a leading Financial Services firm based in Balgowlah that specialises in providing investors the tools, strategies and training to accelerate and maintain wealth. Our advice and training programs are designed to equip new and existing share traders with the knowledge and assistance required to create a sustainable income and continue to expand on their investments.
Due to our own rapid growth we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager with an enthusiastic attitude to learn from a dynamic and engaging team. This role is most suited to someone with a vibrant personality who is happy to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Being a newly created role, training and support will be provided with the opportunity to continue on and make the role your own.
Key accountabilities include:
- Making outbound calls to new and existing clients
- Account management to provide the WOW customer experience
- Achieving monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
- Using the internal database (Infusionsoft) to source new opportunities
- Following up new prospects from our social media and marketing
- Contributing to strategic development and ideas to grow sales
- Taking ownership on sales activity and results
- Building strong relationships with current and future clients and the team
- Delivering quality and value consistently
Skills and Knowledge:
- Phone based Customer Service/Sales background
- Working with Infusionsoft is desired yet not mandatory
- Achieving strong sales results
- Direct sales background yet flexible on industry background
- Account Management for existing clients
- Using sales data to analyse and improve performance
- Reporting on sales activity and results
- Use of technology skype, google suite, webinars
- Active on social media
This opportunity would best suit an experienced & accomplished Customer Service/Sales professional who believes in their capability. Excellent rapport building skills are essential to drive strong relationships that will lead to further business development opportunities.
The hours of this role are 10am-4pm. Depending on the candidate, the role can be 4 or 5 days a week.
Your hard work and flexibility will be rewarded with great working conditions and excellent career opportunities. This is primarily a phone-based role yet clients occasionally will visit the team to discuss the product.
