ABOUT THE COMPANY & THE ROLE
This role sits within their supportive and fast paced Outbound Customer Service Teams. This essential role will see you be the link between the Consumers and Sales team. This role is a key role which ensures the fastest growing division in this organisation provides the highest level of service and continues to grow moving forward.
DUTIES
- Inbound and Outbound calls to consumers
- Provide support to the sales support team
- Following up quotations
- Providing quotes to consumers
- Internal and external relationship building
- Log customer enquiries into the system
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a high volume inbound or outbound Customer Service Environment
- Highly organised nature
- Ability to multitask
- High attention to detail
- Flexibility and proactive ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
