We have ongoing opportunities within the Toll Group for passionate, motivated and engaging individuals to join our Customer Service team. Working in a high volume environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our external customers. Your passion for customer service, upbeat attitude and ability to work within a dynamic environment will see you deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and attending to a high volume of customer enquiries via inbound calls and emails
  • Managing freight bookings and collections
  • Consistently providing exceptional customer service
  • Adhering to our policies and procedures
  • Effectively managing complaints to the highest standard ensuring the delivery of first time customer resolution
  • Supporting administrative tasks


The Ideal Candidate: Ideally you have previous call centre or solid customer service experience and can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are solutions focused, with the ability to multitask and prioritise as well as having strong negotiation skills to manage through challenging situations. You also have highly proficient computer and typing skills and have the ability to manage calls and customer requests simultaneously.

You are an active listener with high attention to detail and ability to work independently. You are an effective decision maker, a solid communicator and more importantly a team player who enjoys working in a fun, interactive and supportive team.
