WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO BE DOING
The Customer Support Specialist holds a central and crucial role in our organisation being primarily responsible for Level 1 support and the resolution of inbound customer enquiries via email and phone. Are you a natural networker? In this role, you will build a network of contacts and maintain relationships with key internal and external business teams in order to enhance the member experience.
