The Customer Care Manager will be looking after our Initial Hygiene division. Initial Hygiene is the world's leading hygiene services company who provide quality, diligent and friendly services to all our customers. About the Role

Based in Port Melbourne on a full time basis, the successful candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic with a can do attitude, looking for a role with a challenge, where integrity and follow through is the secret ingredient to your success. This role is not for the faint hearted, you will beexpected to be hands on, open to learning and thrive in a highly reactive role.

The purpose of the Customer Care Manager role is to enhance the relationship between the Customer and Rentokil Initial for the key purpose of protecting the existing portfolio by identifying and dealing with any issues which may be detrimental to this relationship.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • 80% of the role will require the ability to resolve problems aligned to complaint resolution and customer in jeopardy procedures,
  • Forecast and track retention metrics
  • Administer and prioritize all customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe
  • Maintain accurate records of all retention and activities
  • Management of all customer escalations within selected tier
  • Proactively support the Customer Service, Sales and Operations teams to achieve targets and deliverables.
  • Provide customers with relevant information about new products and developments
  • Provide a response and resolution to all customer queries within defined timeframes

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with an ability to coordinate and prioritise work in a fast moving environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management
  • Demonstrated solution selling skills based on customer needs
  • Proven team achievements in customer service metrics
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Full Drivers license
