Exciting opportunity to take the reins of this newly created team.  Working for a strong brand name in the finance industry where you will be part of a progressive and dynamic culture. Working x 3 days a week and the odd Saturday - CBD location. 6 month contract which could lead to a permanent position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead, guide and mentor a team to achieve their best
  • Staff will be checking and confirming updates & changes to mortgage documents along with some follow up calls to customers if any discrepancies
  • Support and encourage staff to achieve their KPI’s
  • Implement service delivery standards
  • Put in place strategies to drive customer satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to company policies/compliance and seek to mitigate risk
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
  
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven track record in leading teams
  • Knowledge of the mortgage process
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Proactive nature and “can do” attitude
