CompanyOur client is a very well-known iconic Aussie brand. They are going through HUGE growth this year creating multiple opportunities in sales and service.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your key responsibility in this role will be to build strong relationships with new and existing customers to increase customer loyalty and product sales across Australia.
Role and Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales and Service Calls
- Understanding each customer’s needs and requirements
- Customer satisfaction experience is key!!!
- $48k + Super + Commission + Incentives
- Mon - Fri shifts between the hours of 9am – 7pm
- 6 month/ 12 month + perm contracts available – WHVs Welcome!!!
- Must be able to start Monday 23rd July!
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a Call Centre is highly regarded
- Previous experience in a Face to face or Retail role
- Bubbly and upbeat personalities
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work towards and achieve set targets
