A great opportunity has arisen to work for this growing financial services company in a position, assessing and managing hardship cases for Personal Loans. This is a temporary role which could lead to a permanent position. Based in the CBDRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assessing hardship applications from customers having trouble with their loan
- Assessing their financial position – obtain supporting documents
- Understanding regulatory and legal guidelines
- Negotiating and implementing payment plans
- Building rapport and relationships with customers
- Keeping file notes and records up to date
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Previous hardship experience in consumer products
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Good team playing attitude
