A great opportunity has arisen to work for this growing financial services company in a position, assessing and managing hardship cases for Personal Loans.  This is a temporary role which could lead to a permanent position.  Based in the CBD
  
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assessing hardship applications from customers having trouble with their loan
  • Assessing their financial position – obtain supporting documents
  • Understanding regulatory and legal guidelines
  • Negotiating and implementing payment plans
  • Building rapport and relationships with customers
  • Keeping file notes and records up to date
  
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous hardship experience in consumer products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service focused
  • Good team playing attitude
