A great opportunity has arisen to work for this growing financial services company in a position, assessing and managing hardship cases for Personal Loans. This is a temporary role which could lead to a permanent position. Based in the CBD

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assessing hardship applications from customers having trouble with their loan
Assessing their financial position – obtain supporting documents
Understanding regulatory and legal guidelines
Negotiating and implementing payment plans
Building rapport and relationships with customers
Keeping file notes and records up to date

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Previous hardship experience in consumer products
Strong communication skills
Customer service focused
Good team playing attitude
