The Personnel Connection is a boutique Recruitment agency who supply both permanent and Temporary staff to our clients across Sydney since opening in 2000.
The Personnel Connection is currently looking for a capable person to supervise a team of customer service officers. This is a hands-on position where apart from leading the team you will also carry your own responsibilities.
The company is the Australian division of an international company who import and sell their products through distributors across Australia.
The team only handle inbound customer calls handling product queries, order queries and taking, and entering, customer orders.
Duties include:
- Motivating the team to perform to their best
- Ensuring customers are kept informed about claims, back-orders, and delays to orders being shipped
- Ensuring the team is trained in the computers systems and product catalogues
- Manage the workload ensuring coverage during staff absences for either personal or annual leave
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role leading a small team
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new systems
