About the role:


RAA Insurance has an opportunity for a savvy Business Support Manager within their Claims department to undertake a key leadership role. You will be overseeing a cross functional team of Specialists, responsible for delivering systems support, training and development and quality management.


To achieve success, you will be an initiator of change with proven ability to drive and implement business improvement, using collaborative leadership to engage and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities:


• Lead a team of 8-9 staff who provide subject matter expertise in system support, system enhancements, claims process and procedural knowledge, staff competency and quality management to the claims department of approximately 90 staff and growing.
• Develop and deliver the Claims Program of Work that manages the identification, prioritisation and implementation of process and system changes to deliver improved claims services to members/customers and drives operational efficiencies.
• Develop frameworks to achievement high quality outcomes
• Participate in the development of business plans, KPI’s & budgets

What you need:


• Experience in systems automation and process improvement/change coordination and delivery roles
• Significant experience leading multi-functional teams
• Able to assimilate information, construct and present solutions, particularly in systems automation opportunities and process improvements
• Able to facilitate problem and opportunity workshops and guide teams through initiative implementations
• Strong data analysis and presentation capability
• Able to execute, collaborate and guide others to ensure successful change outcomes
• Proven ability to build business support and KPI frameworks within Call Centre (or similar) environments
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Training or similar
