COMPANY - SECURITY
My client is a fast growing and dynamic Electronic Security Wholesaler, priding themselves on Team Spirit, Quality Products & Great Supplier Relationships plus excellence in Customer Service.
Due to a expected State growth within their Sydney team - they are looking to appoint a new Internal Branch Counter Sales Executive
This role will focus around providing customer, technical and sales support around their Security product suite including CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms and Alarms
POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES - SECURITY
The successful Internal Branch Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for -
- Internal Branch Sales and Order Processing face to face as well as over the phone
- Fielding inbound sales calls and product inquiries
- Stock Management and Merchandising
- Offering Technical and Product Advice regarding CCTV, Access Control, Alarms and Intercoms
- Liaising with Suppliers, Purchasing Officers and some Organising Deliveries
- Experience Processing Quotes and Managing Projects
- Supporting the external Sales Reps
- Delivering the Absolute Highest levels of Customer Service
CANDIDATE - SECURITY
- Internal Sales experience - either face to face or phone based
- Previous experience within the Electronic Security Industry either with a Security Wholesale, Integrator or Installer will be highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and solid PC skills
- A positive and friendly personality - good listening skills and the ability to ask open ended questions to understand your customers needs
- A relevant State based Security Licence or the ability to obtain one
- The desire for a long term career
- A team player and someone who is happy to go the extra mile for their customers
